Herbstbeginn – nach dem Frühling eine weitere große Zeit des Wandels in unseren Breiten.

Der Umschwung in der Natur hin zu Rückzug und Ruhe ist in der Pflanzen- und Tierwelt schon deutlich zu spüren. Nach der chinesischen Medizin steht im Herbst besonders das Organ Lunge im Vordergrund und die entsprechenden Meridiane und Energien sollten gepflegt werden, um gesund und gestärkt durch diese Jahreszeit zu kommen.

Meine Empfehlung ist, die aus der Sifu-Schule bekannten Übungen für die „Lunge“ regelmäßig zu praktizieren, und viel zu trinken.

Ob warme Tees oder einfach Wasser, mag jeder selbst erspüren, je nach individueller Konstitution und Tagesverlauf.

I see an energy and sense its immeasurable huge power.
She comes out of the depths of the cosmos and is connected with all living.
It connects worlds, us all, and holds our whole world together.
It is the most important basis for our life.

This energy plays also a big role for our own protection.
When you find an approach to it and deepen it, you won’t be so quickly aggrieved and hurt.
As soon as we let it flow, our life will flower out itself considerably more beautiful and harmonious.
This energy is for us humans not just now for the present important, but also for the future and always indispensable.
With our birth a part of it is coming with us.
Unfortunately it is for an authentic development of the human being not always from beginning on effectually existing.
Just this energy essence must not get lost from beginning on and during the course of ones life, but must remained and beyond continuously built up.
When you really sense this energy, are in an tight contact with it, then it is for you immediately and all the time available.
As soon as you master this energy and also can sense it clearly at other humans, your energy can get supplementary in touch with the one of the other.
Thus the powers of both will develop further and grow.
The more humans get into contact in this level the more and better possibilities for the development of each individual arise out of that.
By letting grow this energy, you will be able to really help yourself, your family and friends, to the point of all living.
Through that power you can discover undreamt capabilities in yourself.
Your capabilities will flower out and your power will increase by itself.
And it goes always on like this...
