What is Qigong?
Qigong is the Chinese description for the teachings of the energy flow within humans.
In general Qigong means to practice and work (Gong) with the vital force and life energy (Qi), to strengthen the own health and to keep the life long and balanced. Qigong is an art, which can be practised and learnt not depending on age and job, state of health and religion. It can also be successfully and complementary applied to the therapies of western medicine. The exercises are presented in a big range. Also called Chinese Yoga, Qigong is divided into moving and quiet Qigong. In its depth is has nevertheless sharing roots and is an open secret which everyone can appropriate with patient and devotion.
